hi,
I have oracle developer suite 10g and oracle database 10g(10.2) loaded on my laptop having 1GB RAM and 100GB hard disk. I developed a form using form builder and when i am running the form, it is taking a lot of time to show the form (approx 3 to 4 minutes). After that when i am trying to commit the form by pressing f10 key, the data is not commited. It is commited only when i save it through the action menu. Usually when i worked with oracle form 6i, i could see " transation complete: 1 record saved and applied' after i commit the data, but here in 10g i am not getting that message either.
Can anybody tell me how to solve the above issues and i will glad if anybody suggest me good books so that i can learn forms 10g well.
