I am unable to connect form 5.0 with oracle 9i getting error
(tnsname) but oracle9i working fine. Is it possible ?

How many oracle homes do you have on your PC?

You probably have a 'tnsnames.ora' problem.

Search this forum for 'tnsnames'. Read, at least, three threads from top to bottom and come back to us with specific questions.
