sir i want to create a form in oracle 10 g
in this form i want download & uploded any excel file

how it is possible

ok sir
actually i have a form for this
but it is not working properly
but when i press button for uploding file then
it give some error
frm-40734
internal error pl-sql error occured
when i checked it shows error for following code

LC$Path := CLIENT_WIN_API_ENVIRONMENT.Get_Temp_Directory ;

LC$Fichier := WEBUTIL_FILE.FILE_OPEN_DIALOG
