I don't see any thing in the explorer window.

Dear Sir,

I've datbase and forms builder on windows 2003 server.

I could call my application to run on the windows xp client machine.

I failed to run may application on the windows 7 client machine.

i.e. When I write in my URL:

http://server1:8890/forms/frmservlet?form=e:\My_system\login

I don't see any thing in the explorer window.

Could some one help????

I *think* that only Oracle 11g is certified with MS Windows 7 (can't tell for sure because My Oracle Support refuses to open the Certifications page; but you might check, sometime later).

However, that's probably not a reason why you can't see anything. Check these links and see whether they'll help or not.

Dear Sir,

I've already oracle database and oracle developer setuped on Windows 2003 server.

I was using my laptop with windows XP as client and connect to application server with windows 2003.

Now, I upgraded my laptop to Windows 7.

I don't want to install oracle on my new laptop(windows 7).

I want only to connect as a client with windows 7 on application server with windows server 2003.

If there is no way.

Please tell me clearly: Please don't upgrade your client machine because Oracle will not running.

I don't expect that at all with Oracle.

Did you try to install Sun JRE version 1.6.0_12 or newer to your laptop that runs MS Windows 7?

I tried java version 6.0.200.2. Oracle was not working as a client.

Please give me URL for any other versions.
