Hi,

Error - FRM-18103:Failed to initialize the Development Environment I have installed Oracle 11g and Oracle Developer Suite 10g in separate oracle homes. When I try to open Oracle form builder I am receiving 'FRM-18103:Failed to initialize the Development Environment' error. Can you please help me to fix this issue?
Regards,
S

Have you solved your problem?

Can you get the 11g database to run? Can you get the SQL prompt running on 11g?

All I can suggest is that you remove the Developer Suite. Reboot your PC and verify that SQL*Plus is still working okay. Define 'tns_admin' and point it at the 'tnsnames.ora' files that you have in the Database area.

Reboot your PC and then reinstall the Developer and see if that fixes the problem.
