Searching this forum for 'menu arab' returned http://www.orafaq.com/forum/m/169912/67467/?srch=menu+arab#msg_169912 which also suggests looking at www.araboracle.com

Can you display the item and item prompts in Arabic? If not, then you need to play with 'nls_lang'.

i'm already set nls_lang ='ARABIC_JORDAN.AR8MSWIN1256'
for form 6i builder
but no result the menu bar in the form at runtime is still in English language.

I assume that you have created the menu in Forms Builder in Arabic.

What is being displayed in the menu? Strange characters or is it empty?
