10g form screen not printing through citrix [message #448700]

We access the 10g forms and reports application through citrix and non citrix environments, when we are trying to print the screen from citrix environment the screens are getting shaded but if we print through non citrix environment screens are printing fine. Please help me.

Does this happen for other applications, for example, MS Word?

All other apps( like word, excel etc) fine, only problem with the 10g forms
