The record up/down via mouse is built into the JInitiator. Unfortunately, there is a problem with most versions of Forms 6 and the first JInitiator.

Install Patch 17 (this makes Forms 6.0.8.26.0) and use JInitiator 1.3.1.17.

You may also need to upgrade the mouse driver to the latest version, especially if you are using an 'IntelliMouse'.
